What is delivered

syndromes.xyz sells digital subscriptions to clinical case-sheet study material for final-year MBBS students and interns. There are no physical goods, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping charge on any plan on /plans. What you receive is access to the gated sections of case content on the website and apps, under your signed-in account, for as long as your subscription is active.

When access is delivered

Access is granted automatically as soon as our system receives payment confirmation from the payment provider — Razorpay on the website, the App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android. This is normally within a few minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases, if the payment provider is delayed in sending that confirmation, activation can take up to 24 hours.

If your payment succeeded and access has still not appeared after 24 hours, contact Contact Us with your payment ID so we can look into it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if access cannot be activated.

Where to access your subscription

Paid content is available on the website at syndromes.xyz, and on the iOS and Android apps where available, using the same account you paid with. You need an internet connection and to be signed in with that account — access does not transfer to a different account.
